Cookie Policy¶
1. About this policy¶
This Cookie Policy explains how TWOFOX Limited uses cookies and similar technologies on the public twfx.dev website (the Website). It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data more generally.
Cookies are small text files that a website can store on a visitor's device. Similar technologies can include local storage, session storage, pixels and other methods of accessing or storing information on a device.
2. Current use of cookies and similar technologies¶
The public Website does not currently set cookies or use local storage or session storage during normal anonymous browsing. Accordingly, the Website does not currently use cookies for analytics, advertising, marketing or visitor tracking.
We have tested the public Website, including its contact page, with cleared browser storage in Chrome, Edge and Firefox. No cookies, local storage or session storage were observed for an anonymous visitor. This statement applies to the public Website as currently deployed; it does not apply to other websites or services that you may visit.
As the Website does not currently use non-essential cookies or similar technologies for anonymous visitors, it does not currently provide a cookie consent banner or preference centre.
3. Contact-form security¶
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam and abuse. Turnstile may process technical information to provide that security function, as described in our Privacy Policy. No cookies or browser storage were observed from Turnstile during the testing described above.
4. Administrative access¶
The Website is operated using a content managment system (CMS). This system may use authentication, security and preference cookies for authorised administrators who sign in to administer the Website. These cookies are not set during normal anonymous use of the public Website. The Website does not currently offer public visitor accounts, registration or login facilities.
5. Managing cookies¶
You can use your browser settings to view, block or delete cookies. As the public Website does not currently set cookies for anonymous visitors, no action is required to use it on that basis. Blocking cookies may affect access to other websites or any future Website functionality that depends on strictly necessary cookies.
6. Future changes¶
We will review this policy before introducing any feature that may use cookies or similar technologies, including a secure client portal, public accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, embedded third-party content, payment functionality or additional third-party services.
Before such a feature is made available, we will assess the technologies it uses, update this policy and the Privacy Policy where appropriate, and provide information and obtain consent where required by applicable law.
7. Changes and contact¶
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Website, the technologies used or applicable legal requirements. We will publish the updated policy on this page and change the "Last updated" date.
If you have questions about this policy, please contact the Data Privacy Manager through our contact page.
