Website Terms

1. About these terms

These Website Terms govern your use of the twfx.dev website (the "Website"). The Website is operated by TWOFOX Limited ("we", "us" or "our").

By using the Website, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

The Website provides general information about TWOFOX Limited and its software-development and technical-consultancy services. These Website Terms apply to use of the public Website only. They do not govern commissioned work, software development, technical consultancy, support or any other Project.

2. Enquiries and Projects

An enquiry, contact-form submission, discussion, quotation request or other communication through the Website does not create a contract or oblige either party to enter into a Project.

A Project is undertaken only where TWOFOX Limited and the relevant Client have agreed its terms. The Business Terms and any applicable proposal, scope or Project-specific agreement govern that relationship. If there is any inconsistency between these Website Terms and an agreement for a Project, the Project agreement takes priority in relation to that Project.

3. Website content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Website and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos and code, are owned by or licensed to TWOFOX Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the Website and make reasonable copies of its content for your own internal informational, professional or research purposes. You must not remove ownership notices, present Website content as your own, or use it in a way that infringes our or another person's rights.

Nothing in these Website Terms restricts any use permitted by law. Any use beyond the permission above requires our prior written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You must use the Website lawfully and must not:

  • interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its infrastructure or any related system;
  • introduce malware or other harmful material, or attempt to bypass a security or access-control measure;
  • use the Website in a way that could damage, disable or impair it or prevent another person from using it; or
  • use the Website or its content in breach of applicable law or a third party's rights.

We may take reasonable steps to protect the Website, including restricting access where we reasonably believe these Website Terms or applicable law have been breached.

5. Third-party websites

The Website may link to websites or resources operated by third parties. We do not control those websites or resources and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms. A link does not imply that we endorse the linked website, its operator or its products or services.

Your use of a third-party website is subject to that website's terms and policies.

6. Website availability and content changes

We may change, correct, update, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time. We do not promise that the Website, or any information on it, will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, complete or up to date.

The Website is provided for general information. Before relying on Website information for a particular purpose, you should consider whether it is current and suitable for your circumstances.

The Website does not provide investment, trading, financial, legal, tax or regulatory advice, and it is not a recommendation to take any trading or investment action. The Disclaimer and Risk Disclosure provide further information about the limits of Website information, trading-related Software and technical Services.

8. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data in connection with the Website, enquiries and Projects. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used by the Website.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TWOFOX Limited is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on general Website information, use of a third-party website, or the unavailability, interruption or alteration of the Website. Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

This section applies only to use of the public Website. It does not limit or alter any liability provision agreed for a Project.

10. Changes to these Website Terms

We may update these Website Terms from time to time by publishing an updated version on this page. The "Last updated" date identifies the latest version. Changes to these Website Terms do not alter the terms of an existing Project unless that change is agreed as part of the Project.

11. General

If a provision of these Website Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay or failure to exercise a right does not waive that right.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Website Terms and the relationship between you and TWOFOX Limited are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. You and TWOFOX Limited agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Contact
